Ans: Currently, we don't offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Ans: We currently accept payments through PayPal, Cashfree, and Port One. We're actively working on expanding our payment options to offer more convenience.

Q. Do you offer gift cards?
Ans: Not yet, but we're looking into adding gift cards as a feature in the future. Soon we'll be offering gift cards and update you.

Q. How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders, we ship through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. The delivery time is typically within 14+ days from the date of order confirmation. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier company's or postal authorities' norms.

Q. What is your return policy?

As selected products offer returns, we accept return of specific products. But if it have return option then We have a 7-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@metroshopp.in. Please note that returns may take a couple of days to process. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

Q. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at support@metroshopp.in with your order details and a description of the problem.

Q. How do I request an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you will be refunded on your original payment method. You can then proceed to purchase the desired item separately.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we are offering shipping in USA only but working on going worldwide. For more information, please contact our helpdesk at support@metroshopp.in.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Q. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sales of discounted items and gift cards are final. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at support@metroshopp.in before making a purchase.
